We participate with Connection/GEHA and Sun Life dental insurance.  Many insurance companies are included under the umbrella of these two insurance companies.  Examples would be United Healthcare, United Concordia, Metlife, Dentemax, as well as many others.  Please check with your dental insurance provider for network status as they often change.  We file most major insurance plans, so even if we are not “in-network”, we will still work to help you process your insurance.  For those patients without insurance we also offer a Membership Plan.

At Dogwood Dental, it is our focus to provide the highest level of care as well as providing our clients the education and tools necessary to understand their oral health and how it impacts them.  Have a question?  Please ask it!!  Have a concern?  We would love to address it!!  We are here for you.  It’s your mouth; we are here to keep you smiling about it.
